Nothing happens when I use a second controller other than I get the player two baby. I have the same issue too, i found the folder to insert it into and activated it, and i still come in as a co-op baby.

Go to the workshop for Isaac and you've got all the mods there as well. Does that mean there's one for rebirth? What are the controls on this? COOP in rebirth would be best. I sort of like afterbirth but own it and don't feel ready to buy it.. Hey guys, hoping someone can help out.
